INGREDIENTS
- Multigrain crackers ( or any cracker of choice or monaco/ritz biscuits)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 mini cucumber chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaf chopped
- Crean cheese or cheese slice (optional)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1/4 chat masala
- salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Combine all the chopped ingredients with salt, lemon juice, chilly powder and chat masala.
- Spread cream cheese on the cracker/biscuit. If using cheese slice cut into small square pieces and place on the cracker.
- Add filling with a spoon on each cracker.
- Garnish with coriander leaf or sev (Indian snack) or grated cheese.
- Easy evening snack or party appetizer ready to serve.
NOTES
- If looking for healthy option, avoid cream cheese and use greek yoghurt. Also use multigrain cracker.
- Remove tomato seeds to prevent soggy filling.
