INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or powdered organic cane sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon milk
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To make eggless peanut butter cookies, in a bowl mix peanut butter and sugar. Mix throughly until smooth.
- Now swift together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt.
- Add flour mixture to the butter and gently form a dough. Use 1-2 tbs of milk if dough is hard.
- Divide dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet 2 inch apart.
- Make criss cross pattern with the help of a fork.
- Bake for 10 mins or until brown.
- Cool and store in airtight container.
