INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of strawberries (or 250 grams)
- 1 cup of sugar or jaggery ( sharkara or gud)
PREPARATION
- Wash and hull strawberries. Chop into small pieces.
- Mix chopped strawberries and jaggery or sugar.
- Heat a pan and add strawberry mixture. Cook on medium flame.
- Cook on medium flame till strawberries are soft.
- Stir at intervals and cook for another 20 minutes or until the jam is reduced.
- Jam is done when it starts leaving the sides of pan.
- Cool and store in airtight container.

- Store in refrigerator
